Event bookings

  • An acknowledgement email is sent following a booking request to the CPD Leader and the delegate.
  • The current status of bookings can be found by logging into your account on the Professional Development website.
  • All cancellations or change of date must be made in writing.
  • Cancellations made less than four weeks prior to the start of the event may be subject to a cancellation charge depending on timescale and resources committed.
  • We cannot offer any refunds for non-attendance on the day although schools are free to send an alternative delegate.
  • Refunds do not apply to individual sessions of an event.
  • We may have to cancel events at short notice as a result of unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an event at any time. We will always try to inform delegates of any changes as soon as we are aware of them.
